Aw, I love your icon! You have as many EO icons as I have Jack/Renee. It's so funny.
I'm glad you were feeling the S1! Of all these, that one was the most fun in terms of a mental place to hang out. It's kinda like I had forgotten how amusing they used to be before everything was tense and augh and angst and woe. The lightness. So I was trying for that there and I'm glad it worked for you.
I used to LOVE those Choose Your Own Adventure books, but I'd get so mad when I died. LOL. Also, keeling over that we both wrote Elliot as a space heater. I think Meloni just kind of has that presence, you know? Where is this smutlet of which you speak, btw? *bats eyes*
I was terrified to write Kathy and Elliot, because I have never once hated Kathy. I think she gets such a bad rap from so many in the fandom. Just as it's not Elliot and Olivia's fault the writers are morons, neither is it hers, so whenever I write her, I want her as real as I can possibly make her -- not the snarky bitch impediment cartoon she winds up in a lot of fanfic. That shit pisses me right off, as you can probably tell from how I'm ranting about it. Hee.
Dude in the end this was honestly fun. I needed the mental exercise of putting myself in a completely difference space. I'm not half as good at them as I'd like to be, but I'm really glad you enjoyed it:)
