Also, it will be a good way to avoid writing the challenge fics I should be working on, right? Hee hee. *headdeskslam*

ETA -- Two Things: 1) Hillary Clinton rocks. I just watched a half hour interview of her with Fareed Zakaria and almost cried. She's brilliant and articulate and intelligent and awesome and incapable of being ambushed and just! Ahem. 2) I will actually probably just answer the fives in a response, because I don't want to spam everybody if I do manage to get a challenge fic done here or there. Heh. Big if.

Okay! My top five favorite songs at the moment. That is HARD, because I'm a complete music addict. But here goes:

1) The Pearl -- Emmylou Harris. Because it's just my favorite song ever of all time.
2) Blue Rodeo w/ Sarah McLachlan -- What Is This Love. I go in fits of obsession with this one.
3) Dido -- See the Sun. I'm embarrassed that I listen to this, but yeah.
4) Syntax -- Pride. I can't stop listening to this at the moment. It will pass, but right now. . .
5) Rickie Lee Jones -- Running From Mercy

Hoosh. That was hard! It changes all the time. But I'd go with those for the moment.

Yeah, I'm a music addict, too. XD I'll go through periods of time where I'm obsessed with a certain group of songs at a time, and then I'll move on to another bunch...but then there are some songs that I'm always obsessed with, no matter what.

Word to #4! :D That's on my list, too. And #1 is so pretty. I don't know the other three, though- maybe I'll look those up. ^^ I don't think I've actually heard anything by Sarah McLachlan (that I know of) which is weird because I feel like she's one of those singers that everyone knows. >.>

Frak me! I have every last one of her CDs. No really. Every one. Even the Christmas one. OMG she is just *words fail me*. You don't know Possession? Yikes. I'm overcome with the desire to email you like eight million of her songs. I have to control myself. You see how I have music issues? The Rickie Lee Jones is also fabulous. I made a video to it, but stupid youtube yanked it for copyright infringement. Lame!

I'm being so icon goofy right now. More or less I'm playing with PhotoShop and scaring everybody with the results. I am way too easily amused.

Okay! I'll go check my messages and send you a few of my faves. GAH I love Sarah. But also, I will completely not be offended if you don't. I'm used to having different musical taste than almost everybody I know.
