It's heterosexual crush day. Yep.

So
paladin24 has his Josh Jackson love up,
A couple fav excerpts:
Chip Howard: You mentioned Renee, I have to ask you about 24 cause we’re just huge 24 fans here. Any chance that Renee comes back to life for the movie?
Annie Wersching: You know? Hey, Tony Almeida came back to life.
Chip Howard: Exactly!
Annie Wersching: So you never know, it’s possible. I think she could have maybe an evil twin somewhere, all kinds of stuff…
Chip Howard: What was the experience like for you just in terms of your career? And obviously you’ve had a great career, but that was such a high-profile role for you.
Annie Wersching: Oh yeah. I’m definitely finding a transition here, when I’m playing other things now I always feel like “Wow, Renee Walker was just about as cool as they get” as far as an amazing role with a cool arc and to be on such a historic show. And I was a huge fan of the show before I joined, so it was just unbelievable.
Chip Howard: All right, so can we start a campaign to get you on the 24 movie?
Annie Wersching: Absolutely, for sure.
Chip Howard: You wouldn’t mind that?
Annie Wersching: I’ll sign it, yes.
*************
She's so hilarious and awesome. And I'd watch the damn 24 movie if she were in it, which she won't be. Still, it's amusing to hear people ask Mary Lynn about Kiefer's constant insistence that it will start filming anytime and hear her say, "Well uh, nobody's called me!" Bwah. /fangirl freakout

On an entirely different subject, I don't think any shipper's life is complete without this:
lion_lamb I mean. Srsly?

Date: 2011-11-12 02:37 am (UTC)Brag much?
LOL, can't say that I brag about writing. Generally I'm incapable of reading my own stuff without instant cringe. But I guess it must be cool to be able to make yourself cry, right? It's like you don't even need other people to write you fic -- you can just do it yourself!

Date: 2011-11-12 02:46 am (UTC)I was commenting more on H5-0' meh production values. I've been spoiled by excellent photography on other shows.

Date: 2011-11-12 04:11 pm (UTC)You'd think they'd show the ep they were supposed to show the night of the game before the break, but noooooo.....

Date: 2011-11-12 06:56 pm (UTC)New low for the ratings despite being an excellent and heartbreaking episode. This is prob. last season...oh well, there's always fic if I can ever figure out the sort of big, epic AU I want to write.

Date: 2011-11-12 06:59 pm (UTC)I've only seen a few eps, but I know that a ton of people whose opinions I respect think it's an amazing show. I wish that the bulk of the populace were less into being spoon-fed terrifying reality shows and painfully predictable procedurals (wow, that alliteration was accidental).
Alas. If it is the last season, I'll just cross my fingers that the conclusion is better than what we got for 24!

Date: 2011-11-12 07:08 pm (UTC)I hope it's better than the 24 finale. Olivia does get shot and killed in the futureverse though. At least it wasn't immediately after having sex with Peter. Actually, the depiction of the S3 finale future verse is almost as bad as 24 S8 finale - Walter in prison again, Olivia dies, Peter is left alone at the end, universe is still falling apart. At least it's only a depiction of a possible outcome.
Technically if it was like 24, though, Peter would be the one killed off since Olivia's the main character. Then she'd be exiled to another universe, or something.
